1. Who we are

One Host is provided by [legal entity name], [registered address], Singapore ("we", "us"). Contact: [support email].

2. What One Host is

One Host is a record-keeping and calculation tool for people who host private card games. It helps a host keep track of players, buy-ins and cash-outs, calculate hand equity, and record side arrangements between participants.

One Host does not take part in any game. We do not accept, hold, transfer or pay out money or stakes for anyone, we do not take a share of any game, and nothing in the app is an offer to gamble. Amounts entered in One Host are records typed in by users, not transactions processed by us.

3. Your responsibility for how you use it

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• You are responsible for making sure any game you host or record complies with the laws that apply to you, including Singapore's Gambling Control Act 2022 and any rules on private or social gaming. Do not use One Host for any game that is unlawful where it is played.
• Calculations (such as equity and insurance pricing) are provided as-is to help you keep records. Check figures that matter; we are not responsible for decisions or settlements based on them.

4. Groups and logins

• A group is created by its owner. The owner can add and remove members; everyone in a group can see that group's games.
• Keep your password and your group's API key and PIN private. You are responsible for activity under your login.
• When you enter other people's names or details (for example your players), you confirm you are allowed to do so.

5. Free trial, subscription and cancellation

• A new group gets a 14-day free trial (one trial per email address).
• After the trial, continued use needs a subscription: S$4.99 per month or S$49.99 per year, charged in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Account → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law.
• If a subscription lapses, you can still view your past games; creating and editing games needs an active plan.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse One Host: no attempts to access other groups' data, overload or attack the service, reverse-engineer it to build a competing service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend groups that do.

7. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your group and all of its data at any time from Account → Delete group.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep One Host available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features or these terms; for material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they apply.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, One Host is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from games, wagers or arrangements between users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
